Custom Installations handled two large projects for us. (Roof/Gutter replacement) We are very happy with both projects. Staff clearly explained the work to be done including options. The workers were professional and left the site clean when the project was done. Will be using Custom again for any future needs. Highly recommend!
We’re planning an extensive project and Kayla walked us through every question we had, a few we didn’t know we had! We’ve been planning this for a while, but couldn’t find anyone we were comfortable with. After hearing from friends and family, and speaking with Kayla, we know who we’re going with!
Custom Installations installed a new roof and gutters on our home. Their professional team also helped reroute water in between our neighbors houses. Brad, Clayton, Kaylah, and the entire crew were amazing. Extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. The roofing and gutter crews cleaned our yard extremely well afterwords, and were incredibly diligent! Highly recommend!
Custom Installations recently replaced our gutters. Who knew new gutters could make a girl so happy. They are beautiful and much better quality than other companies were offering. They even helped us pick the perfect color to tie in with our siding, trim and roof. Looks perfect. We will definitely contact Custom Installations for future projects. Quality of products and people = 5 stars.
We were recently hit with a really bad hail storm right as we were trying to sell our house. We needed someone to come in and replace all of our siding, roof, gutters, as well as some other smaller damaged items. We were fortunate to have someone recommend custom installations to us as opposed to working with a lot of the storm chasers that were in the area. They came out walked us through everything to our satisfaction and got moving on the repairs very quickly recognizing we needed to move homes soon. As a result I believe our house was one of the first that was fully completed in our subdivision. Throughout the whole process they were extremely communicative. We would get daily emails on who would be out doing what on any given day as the work was going on. Whenever we had questions or concerns I was able to get a reply to an email within 15-20 minutes. Even late in the evening I would usually get a reply within 25-30 minutes from the team. If I did have to call in quickly I never had issues getting in touch with who I needed as well. This goes for the back office as well as field team managers. The house looked spectacular and we believe that was a big part of why this happened. I would definitly use them again if we ever needed any of this type of work done. Talking to several nieghbors prior to moving I know they all regretted going with people that came to them as opposed to finding someone like Custom Installations to work with. Both in terms of quality and speed to repair everything.
I had Custom Installations fix a mess a previous roofer had started with our metal roof on our home. They did a phenomenal job and got the job done right. They not only installed a beautiful standing seam roof, they fixed the other issues the previous roofer left me hanging with. Later I called them to take a look at my mother’s roof that had a leak. They saw it was a minor issue and rather than gouge me, as others may have done, they fixed the issue at no charge! Michael Owen “MO” was great. Friendly, courteous and thorough. I will surely use Custom Installations in the future.
I was looking for and in need of one supplier that could do it all – roof, siding, gutters. I had never had any extensive work performed on the exterior of my home so I was a bit of a novice at this. My sales person Dave was knowledgeable about product and also understood my desired house look and budget. Very patient with me on all my questions, gave me options and helped me make some great decisions. Through the whole process I had daily updates from Kaylah in their customer support group . .keeping me posted and up to date. From the very beginning of the vendor selection process of who I was going to use all the way to completion I was very pleased with everyone that I spoke to as well as those that came out to do the actual work. A lot of great things to say, but I will sum it up as I am happy with my decision of selecting Custom Installations as well as the finished work and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I have worked with multiple contractors in my life – some less than reputable; some questionably average; but only one has earned the regard of exemplary – Custom Installations. When I contacted Custom Installations, I had reasonable homeowner concerns, but now standing outside my house in a sleepy suburban community on “Main Street”, I marvel at my choice & admire the now completed view. It has been a complete transformation from roof to siding and I am proud to pull into my driveway after work.
