How We Can Perform Service, Inspections, Estimates and Complete Jobs Without Personal Contact
The COVID-19 situation is quite fluid, and we continue to monitor it multiple times daily. Please know that we are following and have implemented the latest CDC guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers and TEAM Members. While our office staff are all working remotely, we are still able to provide the same level of service our customers have come to expect over the last 51 years.
Using Technology – Here’s How We Do It
We do love meeting and getting to know our customers. But the technological advances in the last decade have been steering us away from interpersonal communication. Facetime, text, email, and video conference are tools that many of us use on a daily basis. And like most industries we have our specialized apps and software that allow us to do things more accurate and faster than ever before. We have Imagery and Takeoff software that allows us to get measurements of your roof without ever needing to step on your property. And we can provide the results of our inspections, service work, and estimates in a number of ways that won’t jeopardize the safety of you and your family.
Applying Common Sense – Keeping Your Family Safe
In lieu of knocking on your door or ringing the doorbell we will now be calling you to let you know when we arrive and when we leave. In the event we need to drop off sample boards or color swatches our team will be sure to wipe them down with disinfecting wipes. Our Service teams will be making limited stops to our suppliers as we are having all materials delivered whenever possible.
We will try and keep that personal touch but will not sacrifice anyone’s safety and health in the process. Thank you for your continued support and for the opportunity to be of service.
